thankful for:
my tv in my office! it enables me to catch many olympic events which i've never seen! hooray! USA Mens Beach Volleyball duo Rogers/Dalhausser are AMAZING. i cannot believe how exciting these sets are...in awe! i love it. i love the olympics. have i confessed to loving the olympics yet?? i do!
so, thank you tv, cable (yes, i get four channels of olympics all day!) and swivel chair so i can spin between tv and computer. :)
last night we went to the farm to bring the S.S. Lunker (that's my boat) out there to "rest" for a bit. i snapped a couple quick pictures of the farm because it just was so cute and welcoming - i really love it out there. we are looking to host a bonfire after one (or a few?) of james' games this fall, since the farm is so close to carleton. definitely will be looking forward to some bonfire fun. and s'mores....OF COURSE.

tonight we are grilling bacon wrapped asparagus (which I am really excited to make!), then going fishing with Scott and Kristin. yes, sadly that means i have to miss the women's individual all around gymnastics competition. i am really sad! and i am serious about being sad! at least I know who wins! ;) and i am sure i will catch highlights later tonight or tomorrow.
